Work Breakdown Structure
This is the tool of project management drawn by some work devided into minimum task.

When a project is established, a project leader, at first, tries to grasp the whole image of its schedule.
Then each group of the project proposes what kind of tasks they needs to complete at each point of milestone.
Work Breakdown Structure is very useful to manage what they are doing or have done in timely manner.
Otherwise, if they don't recognize minimum task out of the work, the project will be delayed because they cannot grasp in details how long they need to complete.
Whenever we have work to do, we should imagine what minimum task is for it and how many tasks to do.
Then we can easily manage our own schedule and arrange the tasks.

ワーク・ブレイクダウン・ストラクチャー
これは、最小限のタスクに分けられたワークで描かれたプロジェクト・マネジメント・ツールです。
プロジェクトが発足したとき、プロジェクト・リーダはまずスケジュールの把握に努めます。
それから、プロジェクトのそれぞれのグループがマイルストーンのそれぞれのポイントで完了すべきタスクが何なのかを提案します。
ワーク・ブレイクダウン・ストラクチャーは、彼（女）らが何をしているか、また時間とおりに何を行ったかを管理するには、とても便利です。
一方で、彼（女）らがワークから最小限のタスクを認識することができないなら、プロジェクトは遅れるでしょう。
なぜなら彼（女）らは、完了するためにどのくらいの期間が必要なのか詳しく把握することができないのですから。
私たちがやるべきワークがあるときにはいつも何が最小限のタスクなのか、またどれだけのタスクがあるのかをイメージすべきです。そのとき、私たちは私たち自身のスケジュールを簡単にマネジメントでき、タスクをアレンジできるでしょう。
