On July 29th in 2007, Sunday, the Liberal-Democratic Party was defeated by a wide margin against the Democratic Party.
This was natural outcome because the Abe Ministry did not have any of the best and the brightest.
By the way, did you vote for the election?

In any time, when there was no the best and the brightest in cabinet, the politics and the life of citizens had been ruined.
This means that the best and the brightest has sustained our life, but not only the leader.
On the other hand, when there is the best and the brightest whom most of citizens have recognized in their life, the politics are stable and the energy in the country will be gushing out.
For example, in the Kennedy Administration, there was no scandal to let the credibility down.
Therefore, the President Kennedy could concentrate on showing the hope and vision for the American people.
If Mr. Abe chould speak any joke or wit and laugh away the situation just like, "This is just temporary outcome. I'm really interested into discussing the true issues that we need only if they have already prepared for it," his approval rating may be up.
The best and the brightest always supports the leader to lead the project to success.
When the leader makes mistake to choose the members as the best and the brightest, he(she) needs to change them to the appropriate ones as soon as possible.
If he(she) cannot do so, his(her) supporters will be leaving from the party.
People look at the leader most of the time, but at the same time they try to find out who is the best and the brightest.

2007年7月29日 日曜日、自民党は民主党に対して大差で敗れました。
これは、当然の結果です。なぜなら安倍内閣は『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』が一人もいなかったわけですから。
ところで、みなさんは選挙には行きましたか？
どんな時代でも、『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』がいないときには、政治や市民の生活は荒廃していました。
これは、リーダではなく、『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』が私達の生活を支えているという意味です。
一方で、ほとんどの市民が『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』として認めているとき、政治は安定し、国のエネルギーが湧き出るものです。
例えば、ケネディ政権のときには、信頼を貶めるようなスキャンダルは一つもありませんでした。
よって、ケネディ大統領は希望とビジョンをアメリカ国民に見せることに集中できたのです。
もし、安倍さんが『これは一過性の結果に過ぎない。私は、もしも彼ら（民主党など野党）が準備できているなら真の問題について議論することを楽しみにしている。』なんて状況を笑い飛ばしたりウィットや冗談を言えたなら、彼の支持率は上がったかもしれません。
『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』はいつのときもプロジェクトを成功に導くためにリーダをサポートします。
リーダが『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』としてのメンバ選出を間違った場合、彼（女）はできるだけ速やかに適任者に交代させなければなりません。
もしそれをしなれければ、彼（女）の支持者はそこから離れていってしまうでしょう。
人々はほとんどの場合リーダを見ています。しかし同時に誰が『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』なのかということを見つけようとしているものです。
