Project Plan
This is a document written the plan of what to do on this project to reach a goal.

The items on the plan should be usually written operation process, a person in charge, estimated cost, schedule, the way of progress management, resource procurement and so on.
Because this plan is prepared at the beginning of the project, this is usually changed the content by the condition.
However, the members on the project are relied upon the plan.
For them, the plan is only vision to goal, and every flow-chart or gunt-chart is based upon it.
This is really significant tool for a project management only if it is updated timely.
Do you make light of the plan?
If you think the plan is not imaportant, then the project will be thrown into confusion because even its project manager cannot lead to a goal with appropriate process.
"Planning" is more important than operation itself.

これは、ゴールに辿り着くためにプロジェクトで何をすべきかの計画が書かれたドキュメントです。
計画書の項目は、作業工程、担当者、見積もり、スケジュール、進捗確認方法、や資源調達などが通常書かれています。
この計画書はプロジェクトの最初に準備されるため、状況によって内容が変更されるのが通常です。
しかし、プロジェクトのメンバーは、この計画書を頼りにします。
