If A is success in life, then A equals x plus y plus z. Work is x; y is play; and z is keeping your mouth shut.

Albert Einstein is one of the genius persons representing to the 20th century.
As written before, he was the member of the "Manhattan Project".
These words express well what Albert Einstein is.
For Albert Einstein, working equals to playing.
His work was always related into his hobby so that he always looked a naughty boy.
The last word "z" should be added with his experiences.
Keeping a mouth shut is connected with "Speech is silver, Silence is golden".
On the project, speech is necessary for a project leader.
However, silence has to be maintained as members of a project because the project itself should be a top secret issue regardless of product development by a company or project conducted by a country.
Then "success" should automatically come to your side.

アルバート・アインシュタインは、２０世紀を代表する天才の一人ですね。
以前に書いたように、彼は『マンハッタン計画』のメンバでした。
この言葉は、アルバート・アインシュタインがどんな人だったかを良く表現しています。
アルバート・アインシュタインにとって、『仕事』と『遊び』はイコールです。
彼の仕事はいつも彼の趣味に関係しているので、彼はいつも『いたずらっ子』に見えたのでしょう。
最後の言葉、『z』は彼の経験で付け加えたはずです。
口を閉ざし続けることは、『雄弁は銀、沈黙は金』につながります。
プロジェクトにおいて、雄弁はプロジェクト･リーダにとって必要なことです。
しかしながら、沈黙はプロジェクトの一員として維持しなければなりません。それは、プロジェクト自体が、ある会社の商品開発やある国のプロジェクトに関わらずトップシークレットなものだからです。
そのとき、『成功』は自動的にあなたのサイドに来ることでしょう。
