Critical Path
Critical Path is a path chained from the start to end with no space on time on a project.
The path decides the lead-time of project or the time required for its project overall.

When trying to plan any project schedule, there is at least one path with no space for time from start to end.
This path is produced because any project must be considered how much it will be shortened.
The other paths basically have some space which can adjust and absorbed the time delayed on the schedule because of the critical path.
If a critical path were delayed, the project itself would be delayed.
As a result, the delay spends a lot of money, as human resources, to maintain the project team longer than its original plan and looses the great chance to sell products on appropriate timing.
People tend to avoid from a critical path because there is much pressure in mind.
However, a person who can manage the critical path can reach to his/her dream and future.

Critical Path （クリティカル・パス）
クリティカル・パスとは、プロジェクト上で開始から終了まで時間的余裕のない一連のパスのことです。
このパスは、プロジェクト全体のリードタイムや工程全体を決定します。
プロジェクト・スケジュールを計画するときに、少なくとも一つは開始から終了まで時間的余裕のないパスが存在します。
どのプロジェクトもどのくらい短縮できるのかを考慮されるので、このパスが発生します。
その他のパスは、クリティカル・パスのおかげでスケジュール上で遅延時間を調整したり吸収したりできる余裕があります。
クリティカル･パスが遅延すれば、プロジェクトそのものが遅延します。
結果として、その遅延は人材という観点から大本のプランよりも長くプロジェクト・チームを維持しなければならないため、膨大な費用を消費してしまいますし、適切なタイミング商品を売るチャンスを失うことにもなります。
人々は精神的なプレッシャーを受けるので、クリティカル･パスから避けようとしてしまいます。
しかし、クリティカル･パスをマネジメントできる人こそが、彼（女）の夢と未来にたどり着けるのでしょうね。
