Project Management Principle
There are 10 principles to complete a project in time and cost.

1. A team shall have consensus toward project purpose.
2. A team shall be formed with the best members.
3. The best project plan shall be made and updated all the time.
4. A resource needed shall be secured.
5. A realistic process shall be put up.
6. Persons (human resources) shall be treasured.
7. Support shall be provided by each internal department and customers.
8. Communications shall make better toward its member and a customer.
9. Any change shall be accepted.
10. Any ingenious technology shall be accepted.
Except "best", all definitions are very simple and foundamental.
In all fields, persons called "a professional" can keep trainning foundamental technique or routine work continuously.
They can do so because they know that a royal road to success is never existed.

プロジェクト管理の法則
プロジェクトを時間内、予算内に完了するためには１０の法則があります。
１．チームは、プロジェクトの目的に対してコンセンサスを取らねばならない。
２．チームは、最良のメンバによって創られなければならない。
３．最良のプロジェクト計画が創られ、常時更新されなければならない。
４．リソース（資源）は、確保されねばならない。
５．現実的なプロセス（工程）を組まねばならない。
６．人材は大事にされなければならない。
７．各社内部署や顧客からサポートされなければならない。
８．コミュニケーションは、メンバと顧客に対して良く取らねばならない。
９．変更を受け入れなければならない。
１０．斬新な技術を受け入れなければならない。
『最良』という言葉以外では、全ての定義はとても簡潔で、且つ基礎的なものです。
全ての分野において、プロフェッショナルと呼ばれる人々は、継続的に基礎技術のトレーニングやルーティン作業を続けることができます。
それは、彼らが成功への近道など存在しないことを知っているからです。
