Today this story is followed by the last blog and very short.
Project Management has been developed throughout the expansion of armaments or the large-scale project led by the US Department of Defense since 1940's.
One of the big project was "The Manhattan Project".

Currently Project Management is formulated the system as PMBOK, which is "Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge".
Project Management is becaming a global standard certificate as PMP, which is "Project Management Professional". Also, this certificate is issued by PMI, which is "Project Management Institute".
In Japan, there are 17,304 quolified persons at the time of July, 2006.
Well, I wandered from the point.
Anyway, regardless of the invention of nuclear weapon, when people make every effort to create something exciting for human beings, there are 2 types of group for success.
For example, this project involoves some of the greatest scientists at that time as a special group, Albert Einstein, Enrico Fermi, Richard Feynman, J. Robert Openheimer, and Harold Urey.
Most of people say, "they are the best and the brightest in the project".
However, I don't think they are "the best and the brightest", but they were just genius.
In the project, there were nearly 40 labratories and factories which empolyed approximately 200,000 people, and a few people had managed the project in secret.
I think that those management people are "the best and the brightest" because they had kept the scret mission and led to the success in the very short time.
The best and the brightest may be the professional group which catches any group of people and reaches to the success.

今回は、この御話は前回のブログの続編です。（しかも短いです。）
プロジェクト・マネジメントは、1940年代からアメリカ国防省によって行われた軍拡や大規模プロジェクトを通して進歩してきました。
その大きなプロジェクトの一つが、『マンハッタン計画』なのです。
現在、プロジェクト・マネジメントはＰＭＢＯＫ（ピンボック：プロジェクトマネジメントの知識体系ガイド）として体系化されています。
プロジェクト・マネジメントは、ＰＭＰ（プロジェクト･マネジメント・プロフェッショナル）として国際標準資格になりつつあり、この資格は、ＰＭＩ（プロジェクトマネジメント協会）によって発行されています。
日本では、2006年7月現在で、17304人の有資格者がいます。
えっと、話がそれましたね。
とにかく、核兵器の発明はともかく、人々が人類にとって何かワクワクすることを創るためにあらゆる努力をするとき、成功には２つのタイプがあります。
たとえば、このプロジェクトはその時の偉大なる科学者の何人かが加わっています。
アルベルト・アインシュタイン、エンリコ・フェルミ、リチャード・フェイマン、J・ロバート・オッペンハイマー、とハロルド・ウレイ。
多くの人は、『彼らこそが『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』』といいます。
しかし、私は彼らが『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』とは思えず、ただ単に天才なんだと思います。
このプロジェクトでは、約200,000人を囲う40近い実験室と工場があり、その中の少数が秘密裏にプロジェクトをマネジメントしていました。
私は、これらのマネジメントをする人々は、秘密ミッションを守り、そして短期間で成功へと導いたことで、『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』なんだと思います。
『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』は、もしかしたら成功に導き、かつどんな人々のグループをも巻き込んでしまうプロフェッショナルなグループかもしれません。
あなたは、どのグループに属したいですか？天才組？プロフェッショナル組？それとも、何も気づかない組？
