NASA, "National Aeronautics and Space Administration", launched a rocket, named "DELTA2", enbarking an observation satellite for magnetic sphere, named "THEMIS" in Florida.
This purpose is to solve the riddle of the birth of an aurora.
"THEMIS" composed of 5 units is placed on each different altitude and attempts to find out the place where a phenomenon disorganizing the magnetic sphere, called "substrorm", is occured.

As a hypothesis, it imagines that "Substorm" creates an aurora by shining a plasma spouting from the sun.
Are you interested in inquiring a truth?
Are you a wo/man who pursues truth, or who dreams of mystery?
Since BC era, human beings have been interested in all kinds of mystery around us and found out some of truth.
A genius has discovered the truth by himself(herself) in a day.
On the other hand, people have discovered it and created a great item throughout a project management in a day.
For example, the most famous one as project management is "Manhattan Project" or "Apolo Project".
(However, I can not praise that the product which "Manhattan project" had created is not worth of great invention, though.)
When the best and the brightest is collected and concentrated as a great team, they can solve anything for which the other people seek.
This is not because the great brain which the best and the brightest already has leads to the great invention; rather, it is because the power of the team makes a masterpiece by mixing the variety of idea.
Therefore, I believe that everyone can be "the best and the brightest" by collaborating together.

NASA（米国航空宇宙局）は、フロリダで磁気圏を観測する衛星『テミス』を搭載したロケット『デルタ２』を打ち上げました。
この目的は、オーロラの発生の謎を解明するためです。
５つのユニットで構成される『テミス』は、それぞれ異なる高度に配置され、磁気圏を乱す現象『サブストーム』が発生する場所を突き止めようとしています。
仮説として、『サブストーム』は太陽から噴出するプラズマを光らせることによってオーロラを発生させると考えられています。

『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』がチームとして召集され、そして集中するとき、彼らは他の人々が求めるもの全てを見つけ出すことができます。
これは、『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』が既に持っている素晴らしい頭脳が素晴らしい発明に導いたというわけではなく、むしろ、チーム力がいろいろなアイデアを混ぜ合わせることで傑作を生み出したのです。
だからこそ私は信じます。共に協力することで全ての人が『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』になれる、と。
