On February 1st, IPCC, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, presented that the world climate at the end of 21st century is estimated to increase to about 6.4 degree on average.

On the 3rd report written in 2001, the increase level of the world climate should have been estimated to maximum 5.8 degree, but this time the estimation is easily overloaded.
IPCC has been established by co-operating with WMO, World Meteorological Organization, and UNEP, United Nations Environment Programme, as a place to be considered on governmental level about the world climate issue.
IPCC has 1,000 scientists and professionals invited from worldwide to consider what the world climate is changing.

IPCCは1988年11月、世界気象機関（WMO）と国連環境計画（UNEP）の共催により、地球温暖化問題を初めて政府レベルで検討する場として設立されました。
