The Best & the Brightest

My name is Masanori Hayashi.
The Cabinet ministers for John F. Kennedy as the 35th American President were called like the title, "The Best and the Brightest". For example, Robert McNamara, the Defense Secretary, is one of them.

There are of course a lot of bright persons in the world.
Then they have been contributing to solve critical worldwide issues.
I believe that a "company" is just the guoup to execute such mission.
The mission is "to make pepople happy by themselves."
There are a lot of companies in Osaka too, and I believe that they have the same mission in their hearts.
To grow up to a BIG company, people called "the best and the brightest" in each company work hard every night.
I should follow such people's example.
It is getting very cold these days, so please take care of yourself and wish you smile.

第35代米大統領であるジョンF.ケネディの閣僚は、タイトルのように『ベスト＆ブライテスト（最良で聡明な人々）』と呼ばれました。
例えば、米国防長官であったロバート・マクナラマ氏もその一人です。
もちろん世界中にはたくさんの聡明なる人々がいて
世界の重要な問題を解決することに貢献していたります。
私は『会社』とは、まさにそのようなミッションを行うグループであると思います。
そのミッションとは、『それぞれの手で人々を幸せにすること』。
大阪にもたくさんの会社がありますが、彼らの心には同じようなミッションがあるのだと信じています。
大きな会社へと成長するために、ベスト＆ブライテストと呼ばれる人々は日夜激務をこなしています。
私も見習わなければなりません。
最近はとても寒くなってきました。
